I started my coaching business after a decade of corporate experience, having worked in management consulting and tech across the UK, the US, and the Middle East.

Born in a small town in Russia, I always dreamed big. I aspired to explore the world and make a meaningful impact. I wanted to inspire others to not be limited by their circumstances when following their dreams.

With this aspiration in mind, I met Evgenia during my MBA program at London Business School. Since then, we’ve been nurturing an idea of creating a community for women so that they have all the support to make their dreams come true.
